Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. The deletion of the data does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations, and no other information is provided below on individual processing procedures.
Inquiries with Meetovo
We use the software solution of the provider MEETOVO, Lukas & Christof Bludau GbR, Kasernenstraße 12, 21073 Hamburg, Germany, to process inquiries. The provider operates by the legal requirements of Art. 28 DSGVO. The strictest confidentiality of your data is thus maintained at all times.
When you submit a request to us, a direct connection is established between your browser and the provider’s server when the request page is called up. The provider receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. The IP address is anonymized and deleted after seven days. Suppose you send an inquiry via the integrated form. In that case, the personal data you entered for the inquiry (e-mail address, first and last name, mobile phone number or phone number) will be transmitted to the provider, stored on its servers, and sent to us by e-mail. All other form entries are already transmitted during their entry for analysis purposes if you agree to this. The collection of this data is necessary for the execution of the request. Without this processing, you will not be able to make any inquiries.
This processing is carried out according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit b. DSGVO for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations and services and based on our legitimate interests in implementing a quick and effective inquiry by Art. 6 para. 1 lit f. DSGVO.
The provider will delete your data if it is no longer necessary. The provider reviews the necessity every two years. Otherwise, the deletion will occur no later than five years after the last request. For more information, please refer to the provider’s privacy policy at: https://meetovo.de/datenschutz.
Cookie Manager
The provider uses a cookie manager to obtain consent for the use of technically unnecessary cookies on the website.
When the website is called up, a cookie with the setting information is stored on the user’s end device so that the query regarding consent does not have to be made during a further visit.
The cookie is necessary to obtain the user’s legally compliant consent.
The user can prevent or terminate the installation of cookies by changing the browser settings.
Cookies
a) Session cookies/Session cookies
We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies placed and stored on your terminal device by your Internet browser. Through these cookies, certain information from you, such as your browser or location data or your IP address, is processed to an individual extent.
This processing makes our website more user-friendly, effective and secure, as the processing enables, for example, the reproduction of our website in different languages or the offer of a shopping cart function.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit b.) DSGVO, insofar as these cookies data are processed for contract initiation or contract execution.
If the processing does not serve the purpose of initiating or executing a contract, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. In this case, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
When you close your internet browser, these session cookies are deleted.
b) Third-party cookies
Where applicable, cookies from partner companies with which we cooperate for advertising, analysis or the functionalities of our website are also used with our website.

At the same time, we store the IP address and the date of your registration together with the time. Of course, this data will not be passed on to third parties.
Your consent to this processing will be obtained during additional registration, and reference will be made to this data protection declaration. The data collected in this process will be used exclusively to provide the customer account.
Insofar as you consent to this processing, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO is the legal basis for the processing.
If the opening of the customer account also serves pre-contractual measures or the fulfillment of the contract, the legal basis for this processing is also Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO.
The consent given to us for the opening and maintenance of the customer account can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by Art. 7 (3) DSGVO. For this purpose, you only need to inform us of your revocation.

Your data will be deleted if your inquiry has been answered conclusively and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations, such as in subsequent contract processing.
